Eat to the Beat is one of my favourite culinary events and it will return on October 17th at Roy Thompson Hall. 60 female chefs will be coming together to cook up a storm for The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. I was lucky enough to attend the event last year and captured many of the chefs in action and tasted their dishes. It’s a fun night to sample some of the city’s best plates to support a great cause and put a spotlight on the amazing women within our food industry.Read More

Recently at I was able to attend the Flavour Your Life event featuring Redoro, an Olive Oil maker from Verona. Thanks to Linda’s invite, I got to learn about how the city that has impacted me so much is leaving a mark within the olive oil industry.Read More
The amount of food that was available from the recent Toronto Food and Wine Festival was astounding. We only took it as a challenge to try as much of the offerings as possible and oh man, was it ever a good weekend.
Check out these photogenic and equally delicious bites!Read More
