The Green Living Show is happening this weekend (Friday, April 6th – Sunday, April 8th) and one of the vendors you must visit is Seedlip. Being the world’s first non-alcoholic spirt maker, Seedlip will be showcasing “Garden” and “Spice”, their two distilled creations. I had the chance to taste one of Seedlip’s non-alcoholic cocktails at show’s preview and was an immediate fan of their drinks.
I had the chance to chat with Seedlip’s Canadian, Sarah Parniak, who I met at Green Living Show's preview and got to know a bit more about Seedlip.
The creator of Seedlip, Ben Branson, carried on his family's historic farming background in a new way and found a niche in the beverages industry by distilling Seedlip from fresh herbs, pees, fruits and vegetable peels and bark. Seedlip's spirits are sugar-free, sweetener free, and contains no calories.

Currently, the easiest way to purchase a bottle of Seedlip is through their website but you can actually find cocktails made from Seedlip at many restaurants or by visiting Sarah and team at The Green Living Show this weekend (you can get tickets here).
In case you also become a fast fan of Seedlip after some sips, here are some recipes that Sarah has shared.
